Treatment templates
Save common combinations of procedures as templates and add them to a draft treatment plan in one step.
Settings → Treatment templates (under Clinical templates) keeps named sets of procedure codes. Create a template, then add items: the procedure code, the quantity and the visit it belongs to. Only act codes from the clinical catalogue can be listed; the same code appears once per visit. Click Save items after editing.
The practice starts with templates for the common courses — a new patient examination and hygiene, a single crown, a molar root canal and crown, a single tooth implant, full-mouth periodontal treatment, whitening and full dentures among them. The Defaults card at the top of the page restores any that are missing without touching your own; see Clinical catalogue.
On a draft treatment plan, Apply template plans one procedure per item, priced from the plan's price list at the plan's site, and adds them to the plan. The clinician applying it records the procedures, so the usual professional-act rules apply.
